AlexBetThese Terms explain the rules for using AlexBet, our services, content and platform features. Please read them carefully before using the services.
We want you to understand how the platform works, what to expect from our services and how to contact us when you need assistance.
By accessing or using AlexBet, you agree to the Terms that apply to the services you use. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant service. Additional terms may apply to particular features or transactions.
SECTION 01
You must meet the legal age requirements applicable to your location to use any age-restricted services available through AlexBet. Services involving betting-related content or other restricted activities are intended for adults aged 18 and above.
When creating an account or using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You must use AlexBet only where and to the extent permitted by applicable laws. We may restrict access where necessary to comply with legal or platform requirements.
SECTION 02
AlexBet may provide football news, match information, live scores, statistics, editorial analysis, digital content and supported electronic airtime or data services. Features may change, be updated or become temporarily unavailable.
Some information or services may be supplied by third parties. We aim to present useful and accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. Where reasonably practical, we will aim to minimise disruption.
SECTION 05
You are responsible for checking transaction details before confirming a payment. Depending on the service, a transaction may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Please keep your transaction reference and receipt where available. If a payment is deducted but the service is not delivered, contact our support team with the transaction details so we can investigate.
Refunds, reversals and corrections are assessed according to the nature of the transaction, the applicable service terms and relevant law. Some completed third-party transactions may not be reversible. Contact support for assistance.
Where an account balance or wallet feature is available, its permitted use, restrictions and applicable conditions will be explained within the relevant service. Do not share account credentials or transaction authorisation details.
SECTION 06
If a referral programme is available, participation is subject to the eligibility requirements, reward conditions and programme rules displayed on the platform. Not every registration or activity will necessarily qualify for a reward.
Referral activity must be genuine. Creating duplicate accounts, submitting misleading information, manipulating referrals or attempting to exploit a programme may result in a review, reward adjustment or suspension where permitted by law.
Reward values, qualification criteria and programme availability may change. Any applicable conditions should be reviewed before participating. We will handle eligible rewards according to the terms communicated for the programme.
SECTION 07
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraud or other unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, protect users, address security risks or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide relevant information about the restriction.
SECTION 08
To the extent permitted by law, platform content and services are provided on an available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item of information will be free from errors.
Our platform may link to external websites or services. We do not control every third-party website and are not responsible for its independent content, policies or availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 09
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our services, operational practices or legal obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.
If you continue using the relevant services after revised Terms take effect, your use will be subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the affected service.
SECTION 10
If you have a question about these Terms, a payment issue or a problem with a service, contact our support team. Include relevant details such as the affected service and transaction reference, but never send your password or other secret authentication information.
You can contact us at support@alexbet.com.ng. We will review your enquiry and respond as reasonably practicable.
If anything in these Terms is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding with the relevant service.
